After a whopping 147 pound weight loss (which he attributes to Bascom sprints and long nights at SODO), between his first and second seasons, Alejandro Anselmo Galva Garcia Rodriguez Alonso returned to the frisbee field in 2016 fast, competitive, and motivated. Though known to foam at the mouth during long points, the "Bend but don't Break©" innovator is a devout Catholic and true man of God, evidenced last season when following a touchdown attempt, he broke his ankle in 3 spots, though miraculously returned to the field a mere 7 days later. If you ask him what his favorite part of being on Señor Mybo is, he will likely vehemently gesticulate his arms whilst prefacing several times before admitting "I just love frisbee and everything associated with the spirit of the game." Cosette Sommers

Not much is known about Cosette Sommers. This is her second year playing with the Mybo group, and she claims to work at a bar called Midtown Pub. However, there is much speculation into the origin of Cosette. Some say she is only 19. However, some speculate she is descendant of the Dunedain, who descended from the Numenoreans, blessing her with long life, and could therefore be hundreds of years old, and not look as if she is much older than the peers she chooses to hang out with (notice the black and white picture found in the archives dating back to when before pictures were taken in color). Others speculate she is Joan of Arc reincarnate, but this is just malarkey. The most widely accepted theory is that Cosette Sommers (as she is called in this life) is actually the fabled "Chosen One" which will bring balance to the Force. As seen in the documentaries "Star Wars: Episodes 1-7" we see that the chosen one is indeed reincarnated every cycle. Since the Star Wars documentaries took place a long time ago, it is possible that she is the 10th or 11th reincarnation of the Chosen One. However, it is yet to be determined, as she has not yet come fully into her power. She has teachers and guidance along the way that she knows not about, and soon, when the time is right, she will come into her own and realize her true power to help ward off Dementors and He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named. The Order of the Phoenix watches over her and keeps her safe.

Because of this, Cosette is one of the sweetest, most loving, and most genuine people in the Mybo group. She has only been playing the last two summers, but without her Sir (Senor) Mybo just wouldn't be the same.

Dan "The Man" Kise joined the Mybo fam in the summer of 2015. During the 2016 season he held the title for "Most Engaged Man" on the Señor Mybo roster. Though his attendance last season was spotty, notable highlights included: 12 World's Greatest plays, 7 Hugs, and dozens of D's that would later be described as "wicked," in a nod to Kise's Boston roots. Best known for his hatred of the outdoors, Kise can often be found on his couch watching Disney Channel Original Movies and creating "Dream Closet" and "Pie Recipes" boards on Pinterest.

Elliot Vaughan

According to alleged witnesses, Elliot is described as a large, hairy, muscular, bipedal ape-like creature, roughly 2–3 meters tall, and covered in hair described as black, dark brown, or dark reddish; who enjoys playing ultimate Frisbee. Individuals claiming to have seen Elliot described large eyes, a pronounced brow ridge, a large, low-set forehead, and a pretty sick forehand. He has also been described as having a strong, unpleasant smell, and an intimidating defensive presence.

Although the majority of the scientific community remains skeptical about the existence of Elliot, some well-respected zoologists believe early season Elliot sightings to be reliable, despite lack of convincing photo evidence. “At up to three meters tall, it’s easy to see how an Elliot would be an asset on the ultimate Frisbee field.” Notable zoologist/MUFA captain Dane Gottschall observed wistfully in a recent interview. “I know it sounds crazy, but sometimes I can almost convince myself he exists.”

Although a wild Elliot sighting has never been confirmed, there have been multiple recent reports of an Elliot like creature roaming in the woods of Canada and intermittently, though more rarely, playing ultimate Frisbee at public parks in Madison, WI.

Growing up Lani was told eating her veggies would help her to become to be tall someday. She went all in and became a vegetarian only to realize perhaps she had been lied to. Once she came to terms with the fact that she would never grow out of shopping for clothes in the kids section, Lani decided to focus on increasing her speed instead. She spent countless hours training and running becoming so fast that she thought she would never find someone faster than her, that’s when she met Paul. It was love at first sight when he ran past her, she couldn’t take her eyes off of his gazelle like strides. She and Paul turned their attention to Ultimate and joined forces with Mybo. Lani is well on her way to becoming a Mybo superstar, now if only she would show up for more than half the games.

Paul Bolanowski

Paul was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, on a cold January evening. Legend has it, that even in birth, those who were present at the hospital reported that there was an “inexplicable occurrence” in the delivery room. Some said that there was an “ethereal glow” that surrounded him. Some say that Paul was born with actual wings, and flew out on his own. Sounds crazy, but we can at least agree that something unusual happened that night. As Paul grew up, he enjoyed the spoils offered in Milwaukee, and realized that he really enjoyed running. At the ripe age of 18 ½ , Paul ran the Madison Ironman race, and blew the minds of all with a record completion time of 6:57:13. With this, the National Ironman Association cancelled the national championships in favor of declaring Paul the greatest athlete that has ever lived, and awarded him with first prize, and more importantly, a lifetime membership to Dave and Busters.

Towards the end of November, Paul had decided to run another marathon. For these marathons, Paul usually practices his sprinting Lance Armstrong style, being last to leave and first to finish. So around the 14th mile of the marathon, Paul noticed a lovely young woman with great form. After watching her strides, he realized that she was his soulmate. He ran up next to her, and ran with her for the rest of the race, never once breaking stride with her. She looked strangely at him a few times, but ignored him. After they finished, she asked, “Why didn’t you pick up your pace- clearly you could have won this race five times over.” Paul looked back to her and said, “When it comes to love, I’m in it for the long run, want to join me?” At that moment, Lani was done for.

Lani and Paul became inseparable partners, and have even learned the language of “handanese” which is a compilation of fist bumps, high fives and love taps . There is currently only five other creatures who are fluent in the language in the world, including the infamous C3PO, J.R.R. Tolkien, and Kanye West.

Paul eventually moved to Madison. In their spare time, Lani and Paul continued to run together. Lani realized that running with him could be quite complicated, as he could quite literally run forever. To help Paul stay healthy, she decided to sign them both up for the Madison Ultimate Frisbee fall league. Paul took to ultimate quickly, destroying his defenders easily, and scoring efficiently. The only problem he had, was it wasn’t always easy finding the right people to help him score. Sometimes the hucks weren’t deep enough or sometimes he couldn’t get the disc because he wasn’t on the field. He focused on solving these problems everyday- but it seemed fruitless. Until one spring day, he met the big and friendly giant himself, Dane Gottschall. Dane had been wandering the United States for years in search for a fearless receiver that could catch any Frisbee like a bite of a tiger. And when Dane met Paul, he knew he had found his man. Paul and Lani joined his team, Madam Mybo, and he’s been legend ever since.
